Because your jewellery is designed to be loved, worn, and remembered, wearing it will always make you feel special. With something this precious, it is worth taking care of it.
Delivery Costs
All jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked. This ensures your item is insured whilst in transit. This service typically takes 2 days from despatch. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
At this current time we do not ship outside of the UK.
Whilst we maintain a small stock of the most popular pieces of jewellery, typically each piece of handmade jewellery is made-to-order and will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. If the item needs to be hallmarked (due to weight) then there will be additional time required. Please see individual product descriptions for times.
You will receive confirmation email once your jewellery has been dispatched.

Your jewellery will come presented in either a jewellery pouch or card jewellery box.
Your parcel will be posted in a letterbox size package or envelope and where possible packaging will be recyclable.
If the item is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient's address with a special note, please contact us prior dispatch by emailing hello@claregarnerjewellery.com
We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase. Each piece is packed with great care but if something has arrived damaged please contact me within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
If you have simply changed your mind, that is not a problem. Just contact me within 14 calendar days to arrange a return or for a refund. Jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. However, if the piece is bespoke, such as a birthstone charm or zodiac charm these cannot be returned. Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty or if the wrong item was sent.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if the item has been damaged due to accident, neglect, or misuse. Please note that tarnishing is a natural process and not considered a fault.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer refunds on earrings unless they are faulty.
Custom or personalised items – including commissions or jewellery made to requested sizes not generally listed on the website – may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
To keep your return safe in transit, we strongly recommend using tracked delivery. Jewellery is only insured while being returned if posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.
If you choose an alternative delivery method, this will be at your own risk please be aware we won’t be able to refund items lost in transit unless they were properly insured.
For your information, Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 15 working days (for UK orders)
